Social Values - Lancashire Mind’s New Home

We were delighted to recently support Lancashire Mind with the opening of their new headquarters in Leyland, providing our services to help with the development of their new home.

The move comes as Lancashire Mind continues to respond to growing demand for its services across the county. Having outgrown its previous premises in Chorley, the new headquarters provides the charity with much-needed additional space, including meeting and training rooms and dedicated areas for therapy.

The project was made possible through the support of more than 20 businesses and organisations, who collectively contributed over £100,000 worth of funding, services, materials and expertise to help make the new headquarters a reality.

Lancashire Mind does incredibly important work across the county, so this was a project we were keen to get behind. Supporting the communities we work in is important to us at AP Mitchell, and we’re proud to have played a part in creating a new home from which Lancashire Mind can continue making a real difference.

The new headquarters gives the Lancashire Mind team a dedicated space to continue developing and delivering their work, supporting the mental health and well being of adults, children and young people across Lancashire.
