Social Values - Supporting St Rocco's Hospice

At AP Mitchell, we believe that supporting our local community is just as important as delivering high-quality services to our clients.

We were proud to work alongside EQUANS and several other supply chain partners on a volunteering project at St Rocco's Hospice in Warrington. Over the course of the week, volunteers came together to help improve the hospice environment through a range of refurbishment and maintenance works, including decorating, office improvements, garden maintenance, accessibility upgrades, and external enhancement works.

The project transformed conference suites, office spaces, kitchen facilities, and outdoor areas, creating more welcoming and accessible spaces for patients, families, staff, and volunteers.

As part of our contribution, AP Mitchell donated ten 5-litre tins of paint and additional decorating materials, helping to support the refurbishment work taking place across the site.

The project was a fantastic example of what can be achieved when businesses work together for a common purpose. In total, 32 volunteers contributed an incredible 339 hours of support, helping to deliver meaningful improvements that will benefit the hospice and the wider Warrington community for years to come.
